Interest and/or practice of interdisciplinarity:

Development and use a system for increased citizen participation in the area of urban art, urban development and new ways of planning. People in the cities have many concerns and problems connected with their specific urban situation, but often limited opportunities to express their diversity of opinions and ideas. To this purpose, we develop technical and methodological solution based on a 3D model with input of the geo-referenced data for the objects (type of object, historical background, law regulations, etc.) as well as a software platform for web-access. Via the web platform, the users can suggest future solutions (“Urban Development Crowd Sourcing”). People from different profiles can suggest innovative ideas and solutions for certain urban areas. All these solutions are open to the general public.
